Lemon cake, with lemon curd to bind the cake, covered in white chocolate and dipped in pulverized ginger snaps.
Red Velvet cake, with cream cheese frosting to bind the cake, covered in white chocolate, drizzled with red candy.

They went great, all together the cakes made 72 pops, all were gone before the party was even over!
